Responsibilities

Institutional Graphic Design

  • Design and adapt graphic and editorial materials for internal and external channels, including campaigns, publications, presentations, promotional materials, and corporate communications.
  • Develop visual assets for institutional events and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team in the conceptualization and development of visual content that strengthens institutional initiatives and enhances brand positioning.

Visual Identity and Brand Management

  • Ensure the proper application of the Bank’s visual identity and institutional graphic standards across all produced materials.
  • Advise different departments on the appropriate use of the brand, templates, and institutional graphic resources.
  • Manage and update institutional visual assets, promoting consistency in communications across all channels and formats.

Visual Communication

  • Support the production of audiovisual and photographic content for digital and institutional media.
  • Contribute to the visual development of communication campaigns, narratives, and institutional initiatives.
  • Select, edit, and manage photographic and audiovisual resources, maintaining the institutional repository up to date and well organized.
  • Undertake national and international travel as required by institutional needs, ensuring the effective fulfillment of the position’s responsibilities and objectives.

An initial three-year contract will be offered, with the first year subject to successful completion of a probationary period.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Specialization or postgraduate diploma in Graphic Design, SharePoint, or a related discipline (preferred but not required).
  • Additional training in photography, audiovisual production, digital marketing, or visual communication (preferred but not required).
  • Native or B2-level proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, and B2-level proficiency in English (preferred but not required).

Professional Experience

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in corporate or institutional graphic design.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in functions related to the scope of the position.
  • Experience in designing for digital and print media, editorial layout and production of institutional publications; managing and applying corporate visual identity guidelines; and creating content for social media and digital platforms.
  • Experience in institutional photography and audiovisual editing (preferred).
  • Previous experience working with Multilateral Development Banks, International Organizations, Public Sector Entities, or Financial Institutions with complex and multicultural organizational structures (preferred).

Other Requirements

  • Availability to undertake national and international travel, as required by FONPLATA.
