In November 2024, FONPLATA registered its first Medium-Term Notes (MTN) Program, a significant step toward consolidating its presence in international financial markets. This mechanism enables the issuance of debt across various markets, currencies, and maturities.

Key program features:

  1. Amount: Up to USD 2 billion, revolving.
  2. Maturity: Issuances with terms of 1 year or longer.
  3. Terms and conditions: The amount, currency, interest rate, and maturity will be defined for each issuance.
  4. Rating: "A2" by Moody’s and "A" by Standard & Poor’s.
  5. Listing: London Stock Exchange.
