FONPLATA

FONPLATA’s Executive President, Luciana Botafogo, took part in the opening of the International Seminar on the Bioceanic Route and 6th Forum of Subnational Governments of the Bioceanic Corridor, organized by the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, held from February 18 to 20 in the city of Campo Grande, Brazil.

The International Seminar addressed the Bioceanic Route project, a strategic integration axis that will connect the Atlantic and Pacific oceans and cross Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Paraguay.

The project aims at reducing distances and costs, expanding access to markets in Asia, Oceania, and the Americas. This intercontinental route will promote cooperation among the participating countries, offering more efficient and competitive logistics solutions for the transport of goods, and consolidate a robust platform to strengthen trade and sustainable regional development.
